I believe all of us have the capability to develop our inner strengths, learn more about our unhelpful patterns, have meaningful relationships and create the life we want to live. I work to act as a resource as you determine what needs to heal or change and makes wholesome sense for you. Life's hardships, problematic ways of coping, or emotional pain do not necessarily mean something is broken (though it might feel that way). Discovering self sustaining ways of relating to ourselves, others, and our lives can bring in more satisfaction and happiness.

My approach is open, humanistic and collaborative. We develop a fearless curiosity rather than coming from a place of harsh judgement.
I work from a relational, compassion focused and mindfulness-based perspective. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems. My main focus is on supporting clients in discovering their own ways to rest in acceptance, heal and determine useful change and growth without having to "fix" something”.
I work with adults, and relationships/couples of all ages as well as families in their many constellations and groups. I welcome people facing the challenges life creates, breakups, transitions, loss, traumas (old and new) anxiety, relationships, sexuality, ADHD, depression, and addiction recovery are examples.
In individual therapy we work together to support and develop what works for you to have more satisfaction, meaning, and/or purpose in your life as you see it. In Holding space for relationships/Couples and families we work to enhance the strengths and caring that brings you together, deepen connections and identify and reduce negative cycles that erode these relationships.
Group psychotherapy is an effective way to explore, grow and heal. Group members develop authentic connections, build trust and support each other to find individual truths and explore ways to show up as their best selves.
